Serving Assistant

The Serving Assistant position is a complimentary role that exists to enhance the dining experience of our guests and support servers and management in the overall operations of the restaurant. 
Key Tasks:  Setting, Resetting and Aligning tables Clearing and Bussing plates, glassware and silverware Maintaining ample stock of linens, napkins, plates & silverware Sweeping General Cleaning duties throughout the restaurant Setting up and breaking down the restaurant/patio Cleaning restrooms Assisting the bar in all operations Picking up and removing trash Processing linens Filling & maintaining ample amount of ice throughout restaurant Adhere to restaurant dress code at all times Perform any & all tasks assigned by management in a timely manner Inform management of any guest complaints Assisting guests Requirements * Flexible availability
* Ability to report for assigned shifts on time
* Related experienced preferred
