Service Technician

Exciting direct hire opportunity! Adecco is assisting a top client in Charleston, WV in a search for a Bank Equipment Service Technician.  
Role Overview: We are seeking a diligent and skilled individual to join our team as a Bank Equipment Service Technician. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing various bank equipment and security systems at client locations. Your tasks will include troubleshooting issues, ordering necessary parts, managing inventory in your service truck, documenting service activities electronically, and ensuring clear communication with both customers and dispatchers.
Skill Requirements - Proficient in some or all :
- Experience with ATM/TCR 2nd Line Repair
- Proficiency in Alarm Installation/Troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Access Control Installation/Troubleshooting
- Familiarity with CCTV Analog and IP Installation/Troubleshooting
- Expertise in Physical Security (Locks, Vaults)
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with remote drive-up systems
- Familiarity with cash handling equipment
- Strong customer relations skills
Education Requirements :
- High School Diploma or equivalency Diploma
