• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages• Set tables according to event and service standards• Answer questions on menu selections• Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, etc.• Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, etc.• Record transactions in MICROS system• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction• Maintain cleanliness of work areas• Complete closing duties• Present check to guest and process payment
