We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Risk Operations Administrator to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the overall administration and effectiveness of our Risk Operations team, ensuring smooth operation, efficient administrative support, and compliance with regulations by supporting cross functional teams across the enterprise.

An ideal candidate will have the ability to manage and execute the coordination of multiple projects within required timeframes and expectations; demonstrated excellence in communication skills; be able to inform both orally and in writing; working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Demonstrate the ability to perform detail-oriented tasks; interact, coordinate, follow up, and effectively communicate with Risk Department team members, regional teams, Senior Management, and Third-Party Administrators.
Candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to function as a remote employee in a distributed work team. 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Manage and oversee complex organizational processes. Support the risk management team, including generating reports and managing documentation. Produce quality documentation in an accurate and timely manner, i.e. state specific wage statements, state specific wage forms, client posting notices. Partner with Risk Operations Manager and key stakeholders to develop and implement standards, processes, programs, and best practices related to risk operations. Generate accurate OSHA 300/300A reports and provide them to clients. Provide timely loss runs for current and former clients on a monthly and ad hoc basis. Monitor multiple email inboxes and claims hotline voicemail inbox and respond accordingly. Collaborate and assist various cross functional teams, including Safety, Claims, Underwriting, and Client Success Managers, supporting the enterprise in a consistent and timely manner. Correspond with third parties such as clients, insurance carriers and vendors as necessary. Review new claim information for accuracy as it relates to Employee and Client data. Gather documentation for claims as needed by Claims Analysts. Update and distribute physician panels, where applicable. Complete internal and external reporting (Lag, TPD and Loss Runs). Review requests for Certificates of Insurance and work with Carrier/TPA to provide to PEO clients. Manage the Concentra Portal and assist administrators in pulling updated medical records. Utilize Concentra Portal to pull updated medical records for the assigned Analyst. Ensure compliance with relevant state and federal workers' compensation regulations and reporting requirements. Stay informed of industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to operational risk management. May participate in key special projects as requested, and perform additional assignments as needed and instructed by the manager.  MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES) Required:
2+ years of experience in the insurance industry Working knowledge of Workers' Compensation and claim handling processes  Ability to understand and apply DOT, FMCSA, HIPAA, and ADA guidelines and regulations in applicable work assignments High level of commitment to quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity, and compliance Adaptability to constantly evolving environments while demonstrating flexibility which meets or exceeds client's expectations. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally. Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficient computer skills and extensive knowledge of the Microsoft suite of Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Detailed-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Preferred:

This position will be working primarily indoors and some of the time in an outdoor environment. From this movement, the employee will encounter varying temperatures. The normal auto and air travel hazards will apply.
