Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a passionate and results-driven Senior Vice President of Sales Operations to lead our sales team to new heights! In this role, you will drive the strategic direction and execution of our sales operations, ensuring the achievement of our customer-centric goals and objectives across the country. If you have a proven track record in telecommunications sales, a knack for building strong relationships, and a desire to make an impact, we want to hear from you!
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support in performance management, hiring, and development.
Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance and align with company goals.
Cultivate executive-level relationships and leverage your existing network to drive immediate opportunities.
Develop and execute a forward-thinking sales and go-to-market strategy to support current goals and future growth.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
Collaborate closely with marketing, proposals, and contracts teams to ensure timely and high-quality customer proposals.
Analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance overall efficiency.
Foster seamless communication across the organization through effective communication strategies and comprehensive reporting.

Experience and Education:
10+ years of sales, operations, or business development experience in the telecommunications industry.
Proven success in leading sales teams and driving growth in a high-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
