Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Marketing Manager. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our team to spearhead our marketing efforts, focusing on community engagement, social media management, influencer partnerships, and public relations.
Responsibilities:
Gain a deep understanding of our brand, values, target audience, and competitive landscape to drive effective marketing strategies.
Develop engaging and informative content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand's objectives and resonating with our audience.
Utilize data and analytics to inform marketing strategies and optimize efforts for maximum impact.
Cultivate relationships with content creators and influencers to generate compelling content and expand our brand reach.
Act as a liaison between marketing goals and creative execution, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure creative strategies meet business objectives and maintain brand consistency.
Document behind-the-scenes activities to provide insight into our brand and engage our community.
Coordinate with influencers to create content and promote user-generated content.
Generate reports to track growth across key performance indicators (KPIs) and inform future strategies.
Develop and execute marketing strategies for new product launches and collaborations.
Establish and manage marketing partnerships and collaborations with relevant brands.
Plan and execute community engagement events and initiatives.
Oversee all press and media programs, including press releases and event activations.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in brand management.
4+ years of experience in social media management.
3+ years of experience in content creation.
3+ years of experience working with social media influencers and affiliates.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; photography and videography experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
Ability to work creatively and strategically to achieve marketing objectives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
