What challenge awaits you?The RevOps function at Bloomreach brings our sales, marketing, finance, product, and customer success teams together to build and drive our GTM strategy.  Ultimately, RevOps exists to ensure we are doing everything possible to help our Revenue teams deliver value to customers and exceed Bloomreach's financial plan.As the Senior Salesforce Administrator at Bloomreach, you will play a pivotal role in proactively identifying and optimizing our Salesforce platform from a system and process perspective, in order to support our revenue operations. You will be responsible for managing and enhancing Salesforce to ensure its alignment with our business objectives, improve user experience, and drive efficiency across our teams.This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise in Salesforce administration, a passion for process optimization, and a collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally with various teams.Your job will be to:Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce, overseeing all aspects of configuration, customization, and maintenance to meet the evolving needs of the business.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions, workflows, and processes by owning root cause analysis, align feasibility and expectations. Design, build, and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, process builder flows, and other Salesforce components as needed.Implement and manage integrations with other systems, ensuring seamless information flow between Salesforce and other platforms.Develop and execute data management strategies, including data cleansing, deduplication, and migration, to maintain high-quality data within Salesforce.Provide technical support and training to users, empowering them to leverage Salesforce effectively and efficiently in their day-to-day activities.Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, evaluating and implementing new functionalities to drive continuous improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, to optimize processes and drive alignment across departments.Address technical challenges/debt (potentially partnering with IT and external consultants) to ensure system scalability, security, and performance.You have the following experience and qualities:Professional experienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications such as Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Salesforce Developer preferred.3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.Proven track record of successfully implementing and customizing Salesforce solutions to support complex business processes and requirements.Deep knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and automation tools, including but not limited to custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder and flows.Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, REST, SOAP, or middleware preferred.Experience with Salesforce CPQ preferred.Previous CLM software (DocuSign CLM, Conga etc) is a plus.DevOps Cycle knowledge is a plus. Personal qualitiesStrong analytical skills with the ability to understand and solve complex problems, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and foster collaboration across teams.Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
