We're seeking seasoned recruiters with HVAC/Mechanical Construction expertise for the Senior Recruiter role. With a competitive salary of $65,000 to $85,000 (experience-dependent), this position offers the flexibility of remote work for the right candidate.
Position Responsibilities :
* Recruit for HVAC/Mechanical Construction roles
* Develop recruitment strategies and programs
* Cultivate relationships with local businesses
* Support recruiting needs across all office locations
* Utilize recruiting software and tools for candidate sourcing
Position Essential Job Functions:
* Conduct interviews and screenings
* Coordinate job fairs and recruitment events
* Manage candidate data and records
* Stay updated on recruiting trends and best practices
Position Skills:
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* 7-10 years of recruiting experience in construction
* Strong knowledge of recruiting methods
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and recruiting software
* Willingness to travel regionally
