Job Details:
We are currently seeking a talented software engineer to join one of our esteemed project teams.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to ongoing feature development and maintenance of a national consumer-facing enterprise platform within an Agile framework.
Develop automated tests and conduct manual acceptance/regression testing to ensure product quality.
Conduct thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback on best practices and standards.
Estimate level of effort and decompose tasks for backlog items and client requests.
Develop and maintain automated builds and container orchestration for distributed systems to enhance delivery speed.
Mentor less-experienced peers in feature conception, implementation, and testing.
Identify areas for improvement within the team and technology stack.
Analyze application performance across various environments and implement optimizations.
Maintain awareness of platform dependencies and potential implementation deadlines.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in multiple programming languages and technology stacks.
Previous experience leading software development teams using Agile methodologies.
Ability to design and implement across a full-stack of enterprise systems, including Web UI, Mobile, Web Services, and Databases, within project constraints.
Advocate for modern continuous integration approaches.
Strong communication skills, capable of acting as a technical consultant directly with clients.
Ability to explore multiple alternatives while problem-solving, considering effort, complexity, and business value.
Preferred Qualifications:
Google Professional Certification(s) such as Google Professional Cloud Architect or Google Professional Cloud Developer.
