Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Intelligence Program Support Analyst to provide knowledgeable and experienced support to the Air Combat Command (ACC) in managing its Intelligence Man-Day Program and Individual Mobilization Augmentee (IMA) tasks. The Intelligence Program Support Analyst is a crucial role responsible for providing expert advisory and consultation services on a wide range of intelligence disciplines including OSINT, GEOINT, MASINT, CYBER, SIGINT, and HUMINT within National, Joint/DoD, and Air Force intelligence programs. This role involves supporting key stakeholders such as ACC A2, COMACC, and staff in formulating AF-level positions, developing intelligence discipline-specific documents and briefings, documenting operational lessons learned, and providing program management support. The Analyst also plays a vital role in coordinating intelligence activities, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the integration and effectiveness of Sensor-to-Shooter (StS) Kill Chain Analysis (KCA) initiatives and activities.
Duties/ Responsibilities Provide expert advice and consultation on National, Joint/DoD, and Air Force intelligence collection programs, policies, systems, and tasks across various intelligence disciplines including Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT)/Publicly Available Information (PAI), GEOINT, Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), CYBER, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and Human Intelligence (HUMINT).Support ACC A2, COMACC, and staff with collection subject matter expertise through participation in intelligence discipline-specific working groups and forums.Assist in formulating and articulating AF-level positions on intelligence capabilities for operational testing and evaluation (OT&E) and at AF echelons.Provide advisory support and recommend best practices on intelligence discipline-specific topics at technical, policy, and training forums.Assist in developing intelligence discipline-specific documents, briefings, and plans related to current and future intelligence tasks and gaps.Document intelligence discipline-specific operational lessons learned, Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP), Concepts of Operation (CONOPS), and ISR management policies.Provide program management support, including identifying training needs, capabilities, policy management, and drafting intelligence policy and guidance documents.Review and assess Joint, Service, and Intelligence Community (IC) doctrine relevant to USAF intelligence interests.Lead and provide secretariat support for Air Force OSINT capabilities and resources subcommittee.Coordinate virtually or in-person with sites to collect and validate analysis requirements in support of merging AOC, DCGS, and Targeting missions.Provide day-to-day focus on Sensor-to-Shooter (StS) Kill Chain Analysis (KCA) Plan of Action and Milestone (POA&M) and integration of activities required for execution.Produce guiding documents, requirements, training, and integration plans for StS KCA initiatives and activities.Work closely with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate analytic requirements and priorities and serve as a principal budgetary advisor for StS KCA funding initiatives.Required Skills/Abilities Must have an active TS/SCI Clearance.Proficient in intelligence analysis tools and applications, including but not limited to AOC/DCGS and AF Analysis Enterprise tools.Strong understanding of intelligence collection management processes, tactics, and tradecraft.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.Familiarity with national, airborne, and commercial sensors and their applications in intelligence operations.Certifications in relevant intelligence disciplines are a plus (e.g., GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT).Education and Experience: 10+ years of professional experienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Travel Requirement: YesClearance Requirement: TS/SCIDynamo is a full lifecycle digital transformation company providing best-in-class technology and mission support services to our clients.
