Senior Integrated Logistics Support Manger (Senior) Location Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD : Amentum is seeking a Senior Integrated Logistics Support Manger (ILSM) (IFS, P-MFWS/CD1, GWS, TGS, JTT) to join our team on Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD in support of our customer Project Manager Intelligent Systems & Analytics (PM IS&A). This position is contingent upon award. Duties: Provide Logistic support to the Product Support Managers and Life Cycle Logisticians to include general maintenance engineering; sustainment strategy planning; emerging policy and law investigation to inform sustainment decisions; and maintenance evaluation and maintenance assessment.
Provide specialized integrated logistic support to document, provision and publish systems of record in appropriate databases; knowledgeable in developing products such as core logistic assessment/source of repair analysis (CLA/SORA), level of repair analysis (LORA), depot source of repair (DSOR), analysis of product support alternatives (APSA), and Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP).
Coordinate with trainers to provide training requirements for platforms, systems, subsystems or critical items to assist them in training program development.
Provide support to Army directed priority units as the liaison between gaining units and PM IS&A at the 0-6 level and above with an understanding of the Army's Force Structure.
Provide the plans and planning for supportability and sustainment, reliability centered maintenance analysis, and disposal of fielded technology.
Engage in materiel specification and logistical support; and validate the proper functionality and quality of received equipment.
Provide on-site oversite of upgrade teams at unit locations. Duties will include addressing supply, shipping and accountability issues as well as on site coordination to resolve issues affecting upgrade schedules.
Strive to achieve life cycle cost savings in all aspects of sustainment support to include standardization and commonality.
Required Skills and Experience: Detailed-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Direct experience in planning, developing and executing program logistics activities from conceptual stage through life cycle of product. Includes ILS, technical documentation: Basis of Issue Planning, LIN and NSN assignment, Type Designation requests, Maintenance Master Data File submissions, Bill of Materials development, Technical Manual validation and verification, RAM, CDRL review of FMECA, FTA, LORA, SORA, etc.
Understand the relationships between system engineering, test & evaluation and logistics to include an understanding of Army regulations and pamphlets.
Direct experience with coordination of subcontractors and field service personnel to achieve objectives. Includes demonstrated examples of logistics problem resolutions, compilation of data on standardization, and experience with interchangeability of parts to expedite logistic activities.
Required Clearance: ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: SECRET. Please note that US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret clearance.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. Degree in Logistics, Business, Engineering or related technical.
At least twelve (12) years of related work experience required or Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) certificate with three (3) years related experience.
Travel: Less than 10% travel is expected for this position. Travel may include continental United States and outside continental United States locations.
Work Environment: This position will be co-located with the customer and other contractors in Government office spaces.
