Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities
• Manages a book of Middle Market insurance business, acting with a high degree of independent discretion, autonomy, and decision-making.• Provides professional and courteous service to clients, resulting in a rate of account retention that meets or exceeds expectations.• Supports Producers in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business.• Identifies opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell of HUB products and services.• Delivers all HUB services to assigned clients throughout the policy cycle.• Participates in monthly "Top Account" meetings.• Produces policy documents and verifies their accuracy.• Analyzes insurance plans and recommends appropriate changes to clients.• Resolves escalated complex service issues with insurance carriers.• Manages and conducts client meetings as necessary.• Documents transactions and ensures accuracy of data in broker management systems.• Supports, mentors, and trains lower-level colleagues.• Attends industry-related training and courses.
Requirements
• Requisite insurance license.• At least seven years of applicable commercial lines experience.• Strong ability to listen, discern, and prioritize.• Above-average written and oral communication skills.• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.• Strong organizational and time management skills.• Bachelor's degree preferred.
