• High school diploma or equivalent• Prior security/law enforcement experience, hotel preferred• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Fluency in English• Ability to remain calm in high-stress situations• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Knowledge of emergency procedures and first aid/CPR certification preferred• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
