DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU? As a full-time School Counselor, you'll spend your time conducting individual and group counseling sessions, addressing a spectrum of emotional and behavioral issues with empathy and expertise. Collaborating closely with staff and families, you'll craft effective intervention plans, providing crisis intervention when necessary, all while maintaining meticulous and confidential client records. You will ensure seamless support for students, within the framework of policies and schedules. To do this, you'll need: Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences (social work, counseling, or psychology) Flexibility and adaptability to school policies and schedules Ability to work remotely and onsite as needed License or actively working on license/certification Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
