Salesforce Consultant - Associate Program

As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.Your role and responsibilities:- Work with clients to implement solutions around Salesforce, across a variety of industries, and projects of all sizes, scope and clouds- Create a happy, reference-able customer and contribute to the growth of the business- Conduct business / functional discussions, understand clients' business pain points, and offer solutions leveraging salesforce.com platform/ offerings- Design, build, and deliver tailored solutions for the business- Provide functional and technical specifications and maintain overall documentation for the business- Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing activities (user guidance, troubleshooting)
