About our community:Our esteemed senior living community is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive occupancy rates. This role is essential in promoting our community's values and amenities to potential residents and their families.Position Summary:The Sales Manager provides hands-on sales expertise for the appointed Company Community. Partners with the Executive Director in the everyday process of utilizing the MatrixCare Marketing leads database and keeps the system current. Responsible for meeting or exceeding budgeted census, payer mix and revenue goals through professional relationships and ongoing education of services to all referral sources. This includes facilitating the move in process as well as building and maintaining relationships with organizations associated with senior housing.Responsibilities:Conduct tours of the community with prospective residents and their families, highlighting facilities, services, and lifestyle benefits. Develop and maintain relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral sources. Manage the entire admissions process, including application, assessment, and move-in coordination, ensuring a seamless experience. Implement sales and marketing strategies to meet or exceed occupancy goals. Maintain accurate records of all interactions, tours, and admissions using CRM software. Participate in community outreach activities and events to promote the community.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or Healthcare Administration, or Communications preferred One (1) Years experience in Sales Three-five (3-5) years proven direct sales experience. Must demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as an individual. Practice and promote the company's policies and procedures, mission, vision and values Must demonstrate the ability to serve as a positive role model and spokesperson.
