The Job:


As a Sales Development Specialist, you'll be part of our Independent Retail Sales Operations team working as remote worker. You responsible for the daily management and administration of assigned Independent Retailer (Dealer) accounts within multi-state regions. You will also manage responsibilities that support the Field Sales Managers and contribute to the development of the region. Successful candidates will have proven inside sales or sales support experience, strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Candidate must be self-motivated with the capacity to balance and prioritize initiatives, work independently and in a group environment.

Manage ~100 assigned Dealer accounts to provide a high standard of sales support. Manage and deliver quarterly shipments and retail sales goals. Execute sales programs and achieve sales targets. Sell and educate Dealers on tools, products, and programs to drive sell-in and sell-through. Understand Dealer credit line and interact with floorplan companies as needed. Interact directly with Dealers to achieve retail and program execution tasks and assist with problem resolution. Manage responsibilities that support Field Sales Managers and contribute to the development of your assigned regions. Collaborate with local Field Sales Managers and Directors to understand the support needs of the region and identify process improvements. Attend regional training events and national Dealer meetings. Be a brand advocate for all brands under the Stanley Black and Decker umbrella, primarily focused on Cub Cadet, Hustler, and DEWALT. The Person:

Bachelor's Degree in business, sales or related field, or equivalent working experience is preferred Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or customer service. Proficient in suite of Microsoft Office products. Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM tool. Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software preferred. Strong analytical skills.
