Responsibilities
• Promote a high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations• Close sales by working closely with the F&I team• Follow up with customers in a no-pressure, high integrity approach• Generate ideas to exceed sales goals and showcase revenue-generating practices• Liaison between customers and departments• Stay informed about market trends and RV industry• Strong communication with customers, coworkers, and management
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent, college a plus• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in RV, automotive, furniture industries• Strong motivational skills and ability to work independently and as a team• Professional appearance and demeanor• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license• Excellent customer service and communication skills• Basic computer skills• Valid driver's license• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
