Responsibilities
• Adhere to State and Federal rules and regulations• Interview residents to gather necessary information for care plan• Perform physical assessments• Implement and evaluate care plans• Communicate with healthcare professionals• Evaluate nursing care• Deliver and maintain optimum resident care• Transcribe and carry out physician orders• Supervise CNAs and other personnel• Train and orient new employees
Requirements
• Registered Nurse with current state license• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills• Good leadership qualities• Good communication and interpersonal skills• Organized and detailed in work performance• Genuine caring for elderly and disabled people• Compliance with Residents' Rights and Facility Policies• Able to meet physical demands of the job
