Responsibilities
• Set and sustain the tone of the shift• Responsible for quality and safety of all food• Listen, acknowledge, and resolve concerns• Keyholder responsible for cash handling• Take inventory and place orders• Conduct coaching in the moment• Manage shift duties checklists• Focus on the growth and well-being of the Squad• Embrace change and seek to learn and improve• Demonstrate and embody MOD culture and standards
Requirements
• Minimum 6 months in the All Star position• 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience• Must be at least 18 years old• Previous coaching and teaching experience• Proven success in following and enforcing processes• Customer service skills and ability to remain calm• Must obtain food safety certification• Preferred: Experience providing on-the-job training• Preferred: Experience as a shift lead• Physical Requirements (lifting, bending, etc.)
