As a Restaurant Manager at IHOP, you will responsible for:
Training and supervising staff The on-going training with all employees, insuring all employees are following all company standards all the time Ensuring all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations Working closely with upper management to meet revenue objectives Implementing appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales Maintaining safe working conditions Maintaining high ethics and follow all company policies Following all HR policies Following all policies regarding the handling of cash, property, products and equipment. * High school education or equivalent
* Prior high volume breakfast restaurant management experience preferred
* IHOP experience a plus.
* Ability to speak and read English and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence; and ability to speak effectively to employees and guests
* Must work some nights and weekends
* Must be able to follow and adhere to all brand standards and health department food service regulations.
