Description

Logistics
This position is full time (40 hours/week) Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 on-site at the Tower location I-20 @ Alpine Road, Columbia, SC 29223 with the possibility to 2 days per week.
What You Will Do:
Facilitates project management through grant life cycle: including pre-award and post award. Provides guidance with grant seeking organizations. Responsible for monitoring progress across a diverse portfolio of funded projects and priority health initiatives. Engages with grantees on a wide variety of matters related to programmatic goals, and evaluation of funded projects. Participates in the comprehensive evaluation of the impact of grant-making activities. Develops multi-year portfolio plans for priority health initiatives, including request for proposals and evaluation criteria. Contributes to development or revision of grant application and reporting forms and procedures to support data and evaluation needs, such as grant application forms, interim and/or final reporting forms, Reviews and analyzes information, trends, and grantee characteristics related to topics of importance and possible new program trends. Monitors trends in health care and philanthropic/foundation fields, notably regarding outcomes and monitoring activities and strategies. Develop and/or delivers concise and insightful content on grant requests and impact, results, and learnings from funded projects across a variety of formats for key stakeholders. Builds and maintains effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, grantees, and community based organizations. Represents the company at healthcare and philanthropic/foundation meetings, participates on relevant committees and advisory groups. Assists with convening and facilitating meetings and conferences for grantees. Participates on committees and with special projects as appropriate. To Qualify for This Position, You Will Need:
Bachelor's in a job related field Required Work Experience: 3 years experience in community relations, foundation, grant administration, grant writing, or program development with a Bachelor's degree OR 1 year experience in community relations, foundation, grant administration, grant writing, or program development with a Masters degree.
