Rental Counter Coordinator

We are searching for a Rental Counter Coordinator for our Cedar Rapids location . In this role, you will Interact with current and prospective customers to rent Rexco Equipment products, (both heavy and light,) while achieving and/or exceeding minimum expectations for monthly sales.
We are an employee-owned company (ESOP) and every single employee owner has the ability to leave their footprint on our business and our financials. Because we are all employee owners, the financial books are open for all of us to see. In this role, you'll be trained in how to read and understand these numbers and make decisions based on that information. You will forecast your rental numbers and be responsible for meeting those goals. Your branch will work as a team to help you develop plans to grow your rental sales. You will organize your rental inventory and participate in periodic inventory audits.
