POSITION OVERVIEW:
As the Senior Manager of Food and Health, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission to combat hunger in Oklahoma. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will lead efforts to enhance food is medicine programs and nutrition policies. The ideal candidate is a dynamic communicator, strategic thinker, and collaborative team player committed to fostering positive change.

Status: Full Time, Exempt
Salary: Competitive starting at $78,000 - $85,000, based on experience

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Championing collective impact in the food is medicine ecosystem
- Scaling programs with practitioners and advocating for policy changes
- Building strong relationships, networks, and partnerships
- Developing resources, training, and support tools
- Managing projects and facilitating coalitions
WHO YOU ARE:
- 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education and work background
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data analysis (preferred)
- Familiarity with public policy (preferred)
- Background in public health, nutrition, or related field (preferred)
