Job Description:
We are seeking a Remote Operations Associate to join our team at Epic Games in Fort Worth, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Operations Associate will play a crucial role in supporting various operations remotely. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience and is ideal for individuals who are resilient, passionate, and possess strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage various remote operations tasks efficiently and effectively- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations- Conduct research, analyze data, and provide insights to support decision-making- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve processes and workflows- Handle administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling meetings and maintaining documentation- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to ensure project success- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to contribute fresh ideas and perspectives
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Resilient and passionate about contributing to a dynamic team- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
