Job Description:

As a Remote Customer Success Specialist at Duke Energy, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers in the Washington, D.C. area. This part-time position requires a motivated and reliable individual with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. As an Associate Level role, you will be expected to provide excellent customer support and build strong relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and provide proactive support to address their needs and concerns- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction- Assist customers with any issues or questions they may have regarding our products or services- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide solutions to any issues that may arise- Develop and deliver presentations to customers on new products or services to drive engagement and retention

Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Strong planning and organizational skills- Motivated and reliable individual who can work independently and meet deadlines- Experience working remotely and using virtual communication tools- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
