Remote Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Hess is seeking a Remote Client Relations Officer to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure all client needs are met- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing clients- Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition- Analyze client feedback and market trends to make recommendations for improving client satisfaction and retention- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow client accounts and increase revenue- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to client relations

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field- 4+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Resilient and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously- Experience in strategic planning and people management- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Willingness to travel as needed
