Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Remote Chat Support Officer to join the team at Ameren in New York City, New York. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service and chat support.

Responsibilities:- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and consistent service delivery- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support- Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex customer needs and resolve issues- Document customer interactions and provide feedback to improve overall customer experience- Meet and exceed performance metrics for response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:- 4 years of experience in customer service or chat support- Driven and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service- Strong people management skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members- Excellent problem-solving abilities to address customer issues and find innovative solutions- Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision- Proficient in using chat support tools and software- Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail- Flexibility to work non-standard hours as needed
