Job Description:

As a Remote Chat Support Officer at Charles Schwab, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through online chat platforms. Responsibilities:- Engage with clients through online chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support on a variety of financial products and services- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and uphold the company's commitment to delivering a high standard of customer service- Utilize company resources and tools to efficiently provide accurate and timely responses to client queries- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure a cohesive approach to client support and problem-solving- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and escalations as needed- Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product offerings to effectively assist clients

Requirements:- Strong written communication skills and the ability to effectively convey complex information in a clear and concise manner- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time to prioritize and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner- Passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred- No prior experience necessary, as training will be provided- Must be comfortable working in a remote environment and have access to a stable internet connection
