Relay Rotation Program Trainee

Position Description:New York Road Runners' Relay Rotation Trainee Program is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates. You will gain an excellent start to your career as a professional in the competitive sports business. After college graduation, the program begins in January 2020 with training in two exciting departments of NYRR over the course of one year, in areas such as Event Development & Production, Public Relations & Pro Athletes, Brand Marketing & Communications, Strategic Partnerships & Runner Products, Development and Philanthropy and/or Youth & Community Services. At the completion of the program, you may be eligible to apply for available full-time positions in the organization.Relay Rotation Graduate trainees are provided with the tools needed to succeed. You will be trained under the guidance of skilled managers on critical teams within NYRR, gaining valuable business experience while contributing to the goals of various departments. Support for your career growth will be provided by your managers and the human resources team. Goals will be discussed and regular feedback sessions will occur during the year, as well as a final evaluation completed by both you and NYRR.
