Registered Nurse Educator / Rn Surgical

Registered Nurse Educator / RN Surgical Responsibilities: Assist with regulatory body inspections as needed Provide ongoing support for Orientation opportunities as needed, including, but not limited to group/1-1 instruction, proctoring testing, hands-on clinical instruction Provide remediation for clinical employees as needed Provide ongoing clinical support for staff use of Electronic Medical Record, in conjunction with Information Technology Department Maintain superior clinical skills in the dialysis setting and provide hands-on clinical support in clinics as assigned by Director of Education and Training Act as a mentor and role model for all staff Required Qualifications: BCLS (all Educators), ACLS (Acute Educators) Certified Dialysis Nurse/Certified Nephrology Nurse (may be obtained within first 6 months of employment Current and valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications: BCLS instructor ACLS instructor
