Primary Role:
The primary duty of this role is to support the office manager in creating/maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for positions of all industries. Duties: Schedule/conduct interviews with applicants Proactively identify new avenues to recruit via job fairs Properly handle/store applications and perform pre-employment screenings Work independently with some supervision. Must thrive in a fast-paced work environment Assist in sourcing candidates/clients via social media, job postings, and cold calls Accurately enter candidates into ATS database and ensure follow up with candidates Answer incoming calls and greet candidates Upbeat and high energy over the phone Willing to occasionally assist other branches with staffing remotely or in office Have the ability to track and develop candidate pipeline Have the ability to encourage candidates to apply for qualifying positions Update multiple job boards in a timely accurate manner Propose and work with direct report in implementation of improvements to the recruitment process. Maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm and must be occasionally available to work on call Requirements: 2 years of previous experience in recruiting Results driven with exceptional customer service skills Critical thinking abilities and think outside of the box and take direction well Excellent computer skills in MS Excel, Word, and ability to learn new programs and applications Proven track record with reliability and posses a high degree of integrity Possess the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal skills Compensation:  Based on Experience with medical insurance, personal, holiday, and vacation time. Job Type: Full-time
