Customer Service Representative (CSR) positionResponsible for delivering Five-Star Customer Service experienceSupports daily store operations and inventory management

Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via virtual chats• Adapt communication style to suit customer needs and resolve conflicts• Manage customer flow and ensure exceptional service experience• Address customer concerns and escalate when necessary• Promote alteration services and maintain store standards• Respond to customer questions and provide product/service information• Build and maintain customer relationships for satisfaction and loyalty• Engage in inventory management procedures• Process transactions accurately and assist with sales promotions• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• 1-2 years of prior retail experience in apparel, service, or specialty store environment
Key Skills Needed
• Excellent customer service skills• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities• Ability to adapt communication style to suit customer needs• Knowledge of inventory management procedures• Attention to detail and accuracy in transactions• Basic computer and electronic device skills
