Job Description Oversee normal operations and objectively audit employees Know and understand the safety policies and operational processes Train employees in your department to the safety policies and operational processes Coach employees to the safety policies and operational processes Report KPI's to Management Document issues with employees Drive Continuous Improvement through KPI's Discipline employees when necessary Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent, continued education preferred Attendance is in good standing Need to work efficiently & handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong workplace organizational skills including attention to detail and accuracy Good interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability of working in a team environment Strong analytical and problem solving skills necessary Forklift Certification Ability to lift 40lbs Previous supervisory experience Pay: $18.00+ shift premium Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
