Review contracts, submit purchase orders, track shipments, and check deliveries for accuracy. Input transactions and administer a purchasing system or database. Initiate, prepare, and verify purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery. Interact with suppliers to obtain favorable pricing terms and product specifications. Coordinate with internal teams to meet procurement needs efficiently. Collaborate with the warehouse team on inventory control and stock replenishment. Qualifications/Experience: Valid driver's license. High school diploma or GED. 2 years' experience in purchasing, construction industry experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and ERP tools. Experience with Bluebeam construction software and other industry tools preferred.
