Salary: $80,000 - $95,000
Founded in 1959 we are a 100 employee manufacturer of two-way & weather radio technology and are credited with being the 1st organization in the US to develop CB radios.  Our range of products include CB, FRS, GMRS, weather alert and emergency radio applications used by consumers worldwide.  Our operations department headcount has increased 15% in the past year as we continue to gain marketshare in the industry.  We are targeting to hire a Product Development Manager ideally with electronics exposure who can drive innovation, coordinate cross-functional teams & ensure timely product development.  This would include duties like market research, project management & product planning. What You Will Be Doing Lead comprehensive market research efforts on market trends, customer preferences & competitive landscape Conduct data analysis to identify potential product opportunities & strategic position offerings Develop detailed project timelines ensuring critical milestones & timelines are met Collaborate w/ engineering & design team to refine product concepts ensuring alignment w/ market & customer demands Strategic decision-making regarding product features, design & overall functionality. Oversight of development process ensuring products meet quality standards & launch requirements. Collaborate w/ marketing & sales teams to execute product launch strategies Maintain relationships w/ overseas vendors to ensure seamless product development & manufacturing processes International travel for critical meetings, inspections & coordination w/ partners What You Need for this Position Bachelor's in Business / Marketing or closely related field 3+ years of experience in product/project management Strong organizational and communication skills along w/ ability to lead cross-functional teams Familiarity w/ electronics industry preferred Project management software experience ideal What's In It for You Full Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD/STD, 401k w/ matching) and more!
