Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive operational excellence and ensure alignment with organizational objectives Oversee and manage all global operations, including supply chain management, manufacturing, logistics, and quality control Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies Lead and mentor a diverse global team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement Requirements Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as President or in a similar capacity, with global operations responsibility Extensive experience in managing and optimizing global supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and quality control In-depth knowledge of operational and business strategies, with a track record of driving successful organizational growth Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex operational challenges and identify innovative solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a diverse global team towards achieving common goals Proven experience in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment and work collaboratively across functions and regions Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
