Job Title: Pre-Litigation Attorney
Location: Columbia, South Carolina
I am working with a well-establised Plaintiff Personal Injury firm who is searching for a Pre-Litgiation Attorney with 3+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have prior experience to settling cases for the maximum value! Prior experience working with experts, legal research and witness testimony.
Are you a Pre-Litigation Attorney with a fervor for advocating on behalf of individuals affected by personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death and other civil litigaiton practice areas? This firms mission is to assist those who have suffered injuries in these accidents in obtaining the full and just compensation they are entitled to.
Qualifications of the Pre-Litigation Attorney:
* Licensed to practice law in South Carolina and membership in the South Carolina State Bar are mandatory.
* Exceptional drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills.
* 3+ years Pre-litigation Plaintiff experience.
* Conducting intake interviews with potential clients to evaluate their cases.
* Investigating accidents or incidents to determine liability and damages.
* Collecting and reviewing medical records, police reports, and other relevant documents.
* Communicating with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and other parties involved in the case.
* Drafting demand letters outlining the client's damages and settlement demands.
* Negotiating settlements with opposing parties or their insurers.
* Providing legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the pre-litigation process.
