Title: Physical Therapy Assistant
Location: Artesia, NM
Duration: Permanent/Full-time
Salary Range: $52,000-$72,000/Yearly on w2 and Benefits offered.
Shift: Days 8-5
Job Summary:
Primarily Outpatient with minimal inpatient float
Providing skilled treatment of functional mobility, motor function, muscular strengthening, sensation, wounds, ambulation, balance, social, and environmental needs Following an appropriate plan of care that includes measurable functional goals while considering patient's psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs Providing clear documentation that meets APTA guidelines and billing for appropriate charges in a timely manner Perform family/caregiver/patient education to increase independence upon discharge. Qualifications:
