Our client is seeking an exceptional Case Manager to join their expanding team. We are searching for an individual with a positive mindset and a wealth of experience in managing a high volume of pre-lit personal injury cases. Your Responsibilities:
As a Personal Injury Case Manager, your duties will encompass a range of essential tasks, including but not limited to: initiating and maintaining client communication, procuring medical records, coordinating medical appointments, overseeing clients' medical care, file management, event scheduling, resolution of PD and loss of use issues, liaising with Medi-Cal and Medi-Care for lien resolution, preparation of files for demand writers, and ensuring overall excellence in client care.
Qualifications
What We're Seeking:
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Spanish.
Comprehensive understanding of the injury claims process.
Familiarity with medical terminology and its significance.
