Job Title: PEMB (Pre-Engineered Metal Building) Project Manager

Position Overview: As a PEMB Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of PEMB projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
* Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
* Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve project goals.
* Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
* Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to uphold the company's standards and exceed client expectations.
* Procurement and Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with procurement teams to source materials, equipment, and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
* Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project expenses, track costs against budget allocations, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
* Construction Oversight: Supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
* Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and close-out documentation, for internal records and client deliverables.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements, driving continuous improvement initiatives within the project management function.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
* Proven experience 3 years in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on PEMB projects preferred.
* Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry best practices.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to travel to project sites and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
