If you are looking to go from good to great, we want to help get you there.WE OFFER:Paid trainingPaid vacationMedical, dental, and vision* 401K* Closed SundaysRESPONSIBILITIES:Forecast goals and objectives for the parts departmentHire, train, and monitor the performance of all parts department staff.Maintain inventory consistent with the requirements of the various departmentsCreate pricing guidelines for customer categoriesMonitor and adjusts inventoryGuarantee all parts are properly taggedSupervise stock order proceduresWork closely with service manager and body shop manager to ensure timely turnaround of parts neededProvides technical assistance when necessaryDevelop and enforce guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfactionEnforce safety requirementsMaintain a professional appearance.REQUIREMENTS:At least 2 years experience in parts managementTechnical automotive knowledgeAbility to manage othersComputer literacyGood communication skillsBasic understanding of inventory and reporting
