Part-Time Weekend Shift Coordinator

Join the excitement of a dynamic company committed to providing exceptional neurological rehabilitation to adults with brain injury! ReMed, Collage Rehabilitation Partners is seeking a full-time Shift Coordinator to join our team in Covington, La.  The Shift Coordinator:
Models appropriate service delivery for residents and mentors Behavior Technicians in the delivery of services to residents. Communicates information to program management to ensure that appropriate staffing models are in place to address resident needs. Fosters environments which create opportunities for learning and independence in daily functioning and interdependence within the community. Provides training to Behavior Technicians as needed. Leads groups as necessary, providing feedback and training to Behavior Technicians who lead or co-lead groups. Facilitate accurate and complete data collection on the shift. Assume the role of primary contact for clinical direction for the shift. Primary liaison for clinical and operational on - call. Key staff to review new strategies, behavioral plan elements and facilitate communication of information regarding new strategies/behavioral plan for all staff.
