Key Responsibilities: Painting and Finishing: Perform painting tasks, including surface preparation, priming, painting, and finishing, using various techniques and tools. Surface Repair: Repair and patch walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed prior to painting. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and clean painting equipment and tools to ensure their proper functioning and longevity. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, using appropriate safety gear and ensuring a safe work environment. Collaboration: Work closely with other engineering team members and departments to coordinate painting projects efficiently. Qualifications Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Experience: Previous experience in professional painting, including knowledge of different painting techniques and finishes. Skills: Strong painting skills with an eye for detail and the ability to create smooth, consistent, and visually appealing finishes. Color Matching: Proficiency in accurately matching and blending paint colors to achieve desired results. Safety Consciousness: Commitment to safety practices and awareness of potential hazards in the workplace. Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues and demonstrating a positive and cooperative attitude. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and tasks, ensuring timely completion of projects.
