In this exciting opportunity, you'll join a collaborative team supporting a global retail client. You'll be the go-to person for keeping projects on track, from managing event logistics to collaborating with partners for seamless execution.
Here's what you'll get to do:
Become a pro at managing props and inventory for photoshoots and events.
Coordinate event setups and ensure smooth teardowns.
Partner with various teams to gather information for creative briefs.
Maintain marketing calendars, keeping a close eye on deadlines and adapting when needed.
Leverage your project management expertise to develop, execute, and refine project plans.
Share your packaging knowledge with others and ensure team efforts align with client objectives.
To be a great fit, you'll have:
Stellar organizational and communication skills.
A knack for anticipating potential roadblocks and adjusting plans proactively.
The ability to multitask and prioritize like a champ.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) and collaboration tools like Zoom and Teams.
3-5 years of project management experience, ideally in retail or a creative field.
The ability to lift light objects (around 10 lbs).
The Details:
This is a temporary, month-to-month, on-site role at our client's headquarters near Rogers, Arkansas.
The pay range is $40-$50 per hour.
