The Allweather Wood (AWW) pressure treated plant is a full-line manufacturing and distribution facility in White City, OR. Allweather Wood is an Essential Business and we are expanding our operations. The facility specializes in Hem-fir products for the Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Utah, Montana, and Idaho markets. The Allweather Wood facility inventories over 8 million feet of Lumber, Plywood, and Miscellaneous treated items.

Lumber piece pulls Banding Lumber track use Forklift Cleanup Barcoding Relief machine operator Lumber Wrapline Lumber treater helper Inventory/cycle counts Work in various departments as needed. Willingness to work weekends and off shift dependent on market conditions High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Minimum six months related experience preferred. Ability to train to obtain forklift certification. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and understand instructions and memos. Ability to write simple sentences. Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal, or diagram form. Physical Requirements: The employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Frequently required to communicate and occasionally required to climb or balance Subject to varying weather conditions including rain, snow, ice, wind, heat and cold The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close, color, peripheral and depth perception. This position is repetitive and fast paced in nature. The employee must pay attention to detail. The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and occasionally exposed to high, precarious places and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. This position requires wearing eye protection, leather/rubber gloves, safety shoes, and safety vest.
