Job Description/Requirements Identify and analyze prospective customers through prospecting and networking. Call on General Contractors and homeowners to build strong relationships. Uses in-depth knowledge for product application to assist customers in selecting products for their project. Fill customer needs for framing lumber, windows, interior and exterior doors, as well as other specialty building materials. Ensure quality customer service with customers. Develop pricing strategy with manager to achieve maximum profitability and sales growth. Excellent, communication, organization and negotiation skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Read and understand construction drawings for estimating project material cost. Developing bid proposals. High degree of ethics and integrity.
