Responsibilities
• Lead the team to meet or exceed goals related to sales, guest loyalty, payroll, and more• Manage store operations, including realignments, planograms, and inventory processes• Create a helpful and friendly guest experience through merchandise presentation• Utilize task management system to prioritize and execute operational focuses• Forecast and adjust payroll to maximize productivity and achieve goals• Review and analyze financial and operational reporting• Execute the Guest Engagement Leader program and perform product demonstrations• Attract, hire, and retain top talent• Support associate professional development and establish vendor relationships• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and standards
Requirements
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant experience• Bachelor's degree preferred• Success in driving top-line sales and managing expenses• Proven ability in retail management and executing merchandising directives• Experience attracting, developing, and motivating talent• Proficient with basic technology and strong communication skills• Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and organizational skills• Ability to react under pressure and be flexible/adaptable
