Operational Excellence Coordinator What you can expect: Up to £38'000 per annum plus profit related bonus scheme25 days Annual Leave (Plus Bank Holidays)Contributory pension scheme4 x salary Life AssuranceEnhanced Maternity, Paternity & Adoption LeaveBuy & Sell Annual LeaveService Recognition RewardsSupported Professional DevelopmentWhat you will be doing: Co-ordinate the development of the site Operational Excellence program working closely with various departmentsLead and assist in the delivery of improvement projects covering Performance and Growth, Quality Assured, Planet Passionate, People Passionate and any other identified KPI'sEvaluate current manufacturing processes and identify any areas of improvementIdentify and highlight opportunities through data analysis and support in the delivery of the improvement activityEmbed project improvements into the site MS, Provide event follow up to monitor the progress of improvementsCreation and coordination of the site cost down and improvement plansPartake in the Single Event Analysis (SEA) and champion the corrective action processDevelop and install clear visual management and communication systemsEnsure CI activities are planned and designed to support the sites prioritiesDevelop and deliver CI training across the full range of identified areasWorking proactively with managers and other key staff to establish and maintain a programme of continuous improvement whilst maintaining compliance.Develop CI systems to include standardisation and simplification where possibleWhat we are looking for: Qualified Green Belt six sigma (or equivalent) with previous experience in WCOM/ lean methodology role would be highly beneficialAnalytical mindset with strong IT skills, including Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint,etc.Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work under minimal supervisionPrior experience within Manufacturing IndustryOpen minded with a hunger for learningFull Driving License?
