Job Description:
EMC is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be motivated, resourceful, possess strong communication skills, and have a knack for working effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers via online web chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers
Requirements:- Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work effectively in a team environment- Proficiency in CRM tools and web chat platforms- Knowledge of basic technical troubleshooting is a plus- High school diploma or equivalent
